Change/Cancellation Policy

  • Reservation can be changed and canceled without any penalty until the cuf off date(18:00, 31th May. 2023).
  • Cancellation: In case of partial cancellation or full cancellation of the stay, the following regulations shall be observed:
    1) Free cancellation is possible until 18:00 on 31th May. 2023.
    2) 14 days before check-in and no-show: 100% cancellation fee charged
  • Change: No. of guest change, room type change, extension of stay, and date change only for the same room nights are possible depending on hotel's reservation situation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any change or cancellation should be informed to the reservation department 2 days prior to arrival date.
  • 50% of 1 night reserved room rate would be charged before a day of arrival date.
  • No-shows or late cancellation within one day of arrivals will be charged for 1 night reserved room rate.
