Guidelines (Free Paper)

대한외상학회에서는 2021년 PPTC 학술대회를 온라인으로 개최됩니다.
아래 접수방법을 참고하여 초록 제출하여 주시기 바라며,
접수된 초록은 학술위원회 심사 후 채택 여부가 결정되며 Mypage에서 심사 결과를 확인하실 수 있습니다.
초록 발표 일정 및 발표 방법은 추후 별도 공지할 예정입니다.
학술대회가 성황리에 개최될 수 있도록 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다.

The Korean Society of Traumatology will hold the 2021 PPTC conference online.
Please refer to the application method below and submit your abstract.
The received abstract is Adoption is decided after the science committee is reviewed,
and you can check the results of the review on My page.
The schedule and method of presentation of the abstract will be announced later.
We would be appreciated If you could interest and participation so that the conference
can be held successfully.

Instruction

  • All faculties (Speakers, Panelists, and Moderators) are asked to register in advance online.
  • Invited speakers are asked to submit an lecture abstract and a CV.
  • Panelists need to hand in CV for moderators.
  • Moderators do not have to submit any papers.


초록접수

초록접수 방법

  • 접수매체 : 웹사이트를 통한 온라인 제출
  • 접수부결 : 초록 작성 요령을 따르지 않거나, 발표할 내용이 본 학회의 학술활동 기본 취지와 다를 경우에는 접수를 거부할 수 있습니다.
  • 발표형식 : 구연 / 포스터 전시(E-Poster 진행)
  • 카테고리 : 외상학 모든 분야가 가능합니다.
  • 제출확인서 : 초록 접수가 완료되면 자동으로 접수번호가 부여되며, 입력하신 이메일로 접수번호가 즉시 발송됩니다. 이 때 발송된 접수번호는 초록수정시 필요하오니 반드시 메모하여 주시고 접수번호를 수신하지 못한 경우에는 학회로 문의하여 주십시오.
  • 수정기간 : 초록 수정은 접수 마감일과 동일합니다.
  • 초록채택 안내 : 채택된 연제에 대해서는 개별 메일로 통보되며, 발표 및 준비요령은 본 홈페이지를 통해 공지/안내하겠습니다. 심사 후 발표방식은 변경될 수 있습니다.

초록작성 요령

  • 제목 : 초록제목은 연구의 전체 내용을 파악할 수 있도록 간결하면서도 정확하게 기술하여 주십시오. (50문자)
  • 본문 : 소속, 저자명, 본문(Background, methods, results, conclusion), keywords, 비밀번호 등의 항목을 홈페이지의 안내에 따라 온라인에서 직접 입력하시거나 초고에서 복사하여 입력 창에 붙여 제출하실 수 있습니다.
  • 단, 특수문자는 복사&붙이기(copy & paste)가 불가하므로 '특수문자입력'을 통해 선택, 입력하여 주십시오.
  • 저자정보 : 발표자와 교신저자의 연락처(E-mail/휴대폰번호)는 반드시 기입하여 주시길 바라며 정상적으로 접수가 완료되면 발표자와 교신저자의 E-mail 로 초록접수번호 및 정보가 자동 발송됩니다(제출확인서). 제출확인서의 초록접수번호는 향후 초록의 수정에 사용되므로 반드시 메모하여 주시고 접수번호를 수신하지 못한 경우에는 학회로 문의하여 주십시오.
  • 본문은 반드시 4가지 항목(Background, methods, results, conclusion)으로 작성하시고 해당 항목에 따라 새로운 단락으로 작성을 해주시기 바랍니다. **본문은 공란을 포함하여 총 1,000문자(2,000byte) 이내로 기재하여야 하며 총 250 단어 이내로 기재해 주십시오.
  • 초록은 영문만 가능하며, 구연 발표는 영어(한국어)로 진행됩니다.

  • 학술대회 공식 e-Poster 템플릿을 이용하여 작성해주시기 바랍니다.
  • 가이드라인은 템플릿 자료 내에 기재되어 있습니다.
  • 특별한 폰트사용을 제한하오며, 가급적 윈도우 기본폰트를 사용하십시오.

Abstract Submission

How to submit an abstract

  • How to apply: apply via website
  • Why to reject: if you do not follow the guidelines for writing the abstract, or if the content to be presented is different from the basic purpose of our symposium, you may reject the application.
  • The way to presentation: Oral / Poster Exhibition(E-Poster)
  • Category: All fields related to the traumatology are welcome.
  • Submission confirmation: When the abstract is received, a registration number is automatically assigned, and the registration number is immediately sent to the email you entered.
    * The registration number sent at this time is required when revising the abstract, so be sure to write it down. If you do not receive the registration number, please contact our Society.
    * Abstract Modification period : Friday 11 June 2021
    It is the same as the application deadline.
  • How to guide Abstract Adoption: The adopted title of the presentation will be notified by individual e-mail, and announcements and preparation instructions will be announced through this website.
    *After evaluating, the presentation method could have been changed.

How to write an abstract

  • Title: Please describe the abstract title concisely and accurately so that you can grasp the entire contents of the study.
  • Text: you can directly enter items such as affiliation, author name, text (background, methods, results, conclusion), keywords, and passwords online according to the instructions on the website of copy them from the draft and paste them into the input box.
    *However, special characters cannot be copied and pasted.
  • Author Information: Please fill in the contact information (email/mobile phone number) of the presenter and the corresponding author. Upon successful submission, the abstract registration number and information will be automatically sent to the presenter and the corresponding author (submission confirmation). The abstract registration number in the submission confirmation will be used for future revision of the abstract, so be sure to take a note and contact our Society if you have not received the registration number.
  • Be sure to write the main body in 4 items (Background, methods, results, conclusion) and write in a new paragraph according to the relevant items.
    **The main text must be written within a total of 1,000 characters (2,000 bytes) including blanks, and a total of 250 words or less.
  • Please submit the abstract in English, and Oral presentations will be conducted in English.
  • If on-line submission is not available, please contact the congress secretariat at  trauma@kams.or.kr.

How to submit an E-poster

  • Please use the official conference e-Poster template.
  • Guidelines are provided within the template.
  • Restrict the use of special fonts, and use Windows default fonts whenever possible.
